How Can burning Sensation On The Shoulder Blades be Treated?
ive been having a tugging feeling in my chest, right side, not really a pain, more like a pulling. a burnin sensation between my shoulders blades, but I contribute that to doin data entry all day. no shortness of breath. occasional bad headaches. was put on mild bp pill bc bp was slowly easing up bout 6 months ago. but more of less bp is back to normal.
Tugging sensations are commonly due to muscle tension or cramping. The use of anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen or naproxen or the use of a muscle relaxant may help.
A warm compress to the area, 2 to 3 times daily, may also be helpful as well. This can be done for 15 to 20 mins.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
